KIS conducted an ‘Orientation Programme’ on 28th March

Every new academic year holds new challenges, new avenues to explore and new opportunities to learn. KIS conducted an ‘Orientation Programme’ on Thursday, 28th March 2024 for the parents of the newly admitted students with the view to harness maximum involvement of parents in guiding their children towards a successful future.
The programme commenced with an address by the school Principal, Ms. Sangeeta Arora, who welcomed the parents and gave them an introduction regarding the new academic year.
This was followed by a formal introduction of the talented and enthusiastic teachers of K1 and K2. A programme was conducted by the previous batch of K1 and K2 students who proudly presented and showcased their learning thereby helping the parents to get an insight into the concepts that would be taught in Kindergarten. A roadmap was shared with the parents to brief about the curriculum, rules and regulations and teaching methodologies and the co-scholastic activities.
The orientation programme helped to outline and reaffirm the teachers and parent’s role as partners in the progress of their child.
