WHAT IS KMUN?
Founded by Ms. Dipti Chawla, Kothari Model United Nations simulates the United Nations and international conferences for Indian and international students to role-play as diplomats, addressing real-world issues through research, debate, and negotiation. It helps develop diplomatic, public speaking, and research skills while fostering a deeper understanding of global affairs and preparing students to tackle challenges in an interconnected world. We at KMUN are proud to share that we have had the pleasure of being hosts to delegates from countries such as USA, Canada, Ireland and Australia.

Agenda: Analysing future uncertainties regarding the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor with relevance to geopolitical turbulence in the Middle East.

Agenda: Formulating Inclusive Policies and Programs to Promote the Rights and Well-being of Children with Disabilities, Focusing on Access to Education, Healthcare, Social Services, and Participation in Society with special emphasis on children in conflict zones.
UNODC
Agenda: Evaluating the Role of the Opium Trade in Funding Terrorist Organisations with Emphasis on its Impact on Public Health and Security. Moreover, Discussing Strategies to Prevent Opioid Abuse and Disrupt the Illicit Opioid Trade.
ECOSOC (ONLINE COMMITTEE)
Agenda: Discussing Policies and Strategies to Create Employment Opportunities and Promote Entrepreneurship, especially for Youth and Marginalised Populations, with an emphasis on creating more Liberal Visa Policies in relevance to Sustainable Development Goal 8.
