The Academic Session for the year 2025-26 will commence from 1st April 2025.
The age eligibility criteria as on 31st July 2025 is in alignment with NEP guidelines.
• Nursery is 3+yrs
• Kindergarten 1 (K1) is 4+yrs
• Kindergarten 2 (K2) is 5+yrs
• Grade 1 is 6+yrs
ADMISSION PROCESS
1. Register Online through this link https://kothari.campuscare.info/Logon/OnlineRegistration
2. Once registered our school representative will call you on your registered number and will address all your admission related queries. In case you don’t receive any call within 24 hrs you can contact us or whatsapp at 9818548495 / 9899409221.
3. Filling and submission of online Registration Form does not guarantee admission to the school. The Registration fee amount is non-refundable
4. Online registration fees of Rs.2000/- to be paid for the further process of Child and Parent Interaction and School tour.
5. Admission will be granted post verification of the online Registration Form submitted
6. Admission for Grade 1 and above: – Final Term Mark sheet of Last class attended (applicable from Grade 1 upwards) to be mailed on admissions@kotharischool.edu.in and accordingly Level Placement Assessment of the child will be scheduled from Grade 1 upwards.
7. On the basis of child’s performance and school criteria parent will be informed for formal interaction with the Principal. (Nursery to Gr 11)
8. Once Admission is approved, successful candidate will be informed via email on their parent’s registered mail ID about admission formalities.
9. The Admission Fee payment should be made within 3 working days after confirmation of Admission. Incase of any Non-Compliance, the admission will stand cancelled.
10. After the confirmation of admission, parent must submit following documents along with school fee.
• One passport size photograph of the child, mother and father
• Self-Attested copy of child’s Birth Certificate
• Self- Attested copy of Aadhaar Card of the child and parent
• Self- Attested Residence Proof of the Parent
• Transfer Certificate of last school attended of child
• Medical Certificate of the child
11. Please Note that Admission Fee is a non-refundable component and will not be refunded in case of withdrawal or request at any time of the year.
