National Space Day Celebration at Kothari International School

On August 23, 2024, Kothari International School Noida proudly celebrated India’s inaugural National Space Day, themed “Touching Lives while Touching the Moon: India’s Space Saga.” This special day honored ISRO’s landmark Chandrayaan 3 moon landing mission and aimed to ignite a passion for space technology among our students.
Event Highlights:
STEM Challenges: Students from Grades 4 and 5 participated in interactive STEM activities related to space exploration, featuring engaging discussions and videos from ISRO.
Space Quiz: A quiz on “Bharat on the Moon” was conducted for Grades 8, 9, and 11 on the DIKSHA portal, enhancing creativity and problem-solving skills.
Art & Writing Contests: Grades 6-8 showcased their visions of space through poster making and essay writing contests.
The day concluded with a reflection session, where students shared their insights and felt inspired by India’s achievements in space exploration.
