On 30th August 2024, our brilliant School Counsellor, Ms. Anukriti Chaudhary, led an eye-opening session with students of 11C1 and 11C2, delving into “Harnessing the Power of Sports to Tackle Stress.”
In this dynamic session, held in our Multi-Purpose Hall, students enthusiastically shared how sports act as a powerful tool to manage distractions, sharpen focus, and maintain inner calm amidst academic pressures. Their reflections on how sports refresh their spirits, boost fitness, and open doors to new experiences highlighted the immense mental clarity and emotional resilience sports provide!
