Grade 8 Field Excursion: The Partition Museum

On 23rd July 2024, 107 Grade 8 students from Kothari International School, Noida, embarked on an enlightening visit to the Partition Museum in New Delhi. This museum, dedicated to the 1947 Partition of India, offered a profound learning experience.
Learning Highlights:
Historical Insight: Students were briefed on the political and social context of the Partition, learning about the massive displacement and communal tensions of the time.
Touching Exhibits: Personal artifacts, refugee tents, and survivor testimonies vividly illustrated the era’s human suffering and resilience.
Reflective Discussions: Post-tour reflections fostered empathy, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for peace and unity.
