On Tuesday, 13th August 2024, Class 10 students from Kothari International School Noida embarked on a profoundly educational trip to the Partition Museum in New Delhi. This museum, uniquely established through public donations, serves as a powerful repository of memories from the India-Pakistan partition.
Through exhibits featuring personal artifacts like letters, photographs, and account books, students gained a deep, emotional insight into the human cost of this historic event. The visit offered a rare opportunity to understand the immense suffering endured during the partition and its lasting impact on newly independent India. This experience went beyond textbook learning, allowing students to connect with history on a personal level while also enjoying a meaningful day of exploration.
