As the Samvidhaan Quiz Competition held at KIS to celebrate the occasion

“A nation’s strength is measured by the depth of understanding its citizens have of their own Constitution.”
As the Samvidhaan Quiz Competition held at KIS to celebrate the occasion of Constitution Day of India organised by the International Forum comes to an end, we look back on the wonderful memories made during this event. We at KIS are overjoyed to have been hosts to such influential and sharp young minds. We express immense gratitude towards all of the teachers Dipti Chawla, Ms. Garima, Ms Vanya Chaddha, and Ms Sumita Bhatia- who guided us throughout the event. Not to mention, the gratitude we feel towards all the students of the schools from Delhi, NCR who participated in this event.
The competition started off by the lightning of the lamp and a spectacular performance from the KIS dance team. It was followed by interaction with our dear Principal Dr Sangeeta Arora who encouraged the participants. We welcomed our esteemed moderator, Mr. Gauransh Tripathi, who is a KIS alumni and talented filmmaker, with degrees from Delhi University and LV Prasad College under his belt.
Following, was the First Round of the three thrilling rounds of the competition. The quiz had three enthralling rounds, The first- Witten Preliminary Round, the second Audio-Visual Round, and the last round Buzzer Round was divided into three parts; Rapid Fire, Mixed Bag, and Take Your Pick.
The entirety of the question bank, presentations, and questions throughout the quiz were made by the OC team themselves under the guidance of Garima Ma’am. Once the refreshments were over, The participants and the KIS students had an engaging and fruitful discussion on the numerous topics.
The event culminated with a vibrant closing ceremony. The winning schools of this competition are Manav Rachna International School, Followed by G.D. Goenka and Kothari International School, with S.S. Public School in third place.
