Learning got delightfully tactile for our Grade 4 students during a hands-on clay modelling activity focused on the structure of a tooth.
As part of their science lesson, students explored the different parts and layers of a tooth, bringing concepts like enamel, dentin, pulp, and roots to life using colourful clay. With keen focus and creative energy, they moulded detailed models and labelled each component with precision and pride.
This engaging activity turned abstract biology into a memorable experience, making learning both visual and fun. It also helped students develop a stronger understanding of dental anatomy while nurturing their fine motor skills and creativity.
At Kothari International School, we believe that learning is most impactful when students explore it with their hands, hearts, and minds.
