Founder
Kothari International School is known for providing learners with a unique educational experience – one that blends humanistic values with a contemporary outlook. Our school owes this to our revered founder, Mansukh Lal Mahadev Bhai Kothari.
Born in the small village of Nirali, Shri Mansukh Bhai Kothari (fondly known as ‘Babuji’) was the eldest among 8 children. He started his career at a daily wage of ₹1.25. From there, his diligence, dynamism, self-reliance and hard work led to what is today known as one of India’s largest business empires – Kothari Products Ltd.
Kothari International School was created based on his vision and desire to give back to society. Our school has always stood for the values he believed in, i.e. ahimsa, compassion and a progressive nature. We strive to inculcate his vision of developing the moral, ethical and spiritual aspects in the next generation of learners.

It’s one of my enduring quests to make high-quality education available by tapping into the latest technologies in the field. Our mission, here at Kothari International School, is to inculcate strong ethical values of integrity, respect and discipline. We also strive to develop strong decision-making, clarity in thought and learning as a lifelong process to nurture future global citizens, innovators and leaders.
To achieve this, our team has spent years developing a rigorous program based on the best educational practices conducted worldwide, designing initiatives that maximise potential on the world stage, training already experienced teachers in global learning standards and building state-of-the-art infrastructure to leverage all of these.
I’m sure that students will gain an enriching learning experience at our school, and I look forward to making Kothari International School, Panvel, one of the top schools in Karanjade, Navi Mumbai.
