Admissions Process:
1. Applications for admissions are open throughout the year. Parents or guardians who are interested in enrolling their child can contact the school in-person or through phone/email. The Application Form and other relevant information are available on the school website.
2. The application can also be processed online via the school website. The steps for the same are updated on the online platform.
3. Once the admissions office receives the application form and related documents, a time to visit the school is for parents/guardians and the child is scheduled.
4. During this visit, the Head of School IB/ Head Cambridge engages the child in an informal interaction
❖ No child is denied admission based on caste, religion, gender, nationality, or any other social identities.
5. Admission decisions are communicated via email. If the child is accepted, the admissions office sends an Admission Approval mail. The admissions process is complete after the parents/guardians submit the below said documents and pay the requisite fees.
6. Parents/guardians should submit the following materials to the school admissions office:
a. Birth certificate
b. National Identity Card (e.g. Aadhaar card)
c. Medical Certificate
d. Covid Certificates (if applicable)
e. Report cards from Previous year
f. 2 Passport size photographs of father, mother and student
g. Original transfer certificate from previous school
7. Parents/guardians are required to attend an Orientation Session to learn about the goals, structures, and expectations of the Kothari International School’s IB programmes.
School Tour:
Registered applicants can visit the school with their parents/guardians for a campus tour or attend the orientation session with prior appointment. During this period, they can also request an appointment with the Head of School to discuss their queries and concerns, if any.
